• The vehicle you select and the rental dates you state
• The optional message or comments you send us

The website does not request and does not store payment details, as it does not process online payments.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used solely to respond to your request, inform you about vehicle availability and agree the details of the rental.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by sending the request, as well as steps taken prior to entering into a contract at your request.

We do not use your details to send promotional messages without your explicit consent.

How the request is sent

The website form does not store data in a database. When you send it, your device email application opens with the message prepared and the request is sent to megara.nasielin@gmail.com.

Your message remains in the mailbox of the business, like any other email you send us.

Recipients

Your data is not transferred to third parties, except for providers necessary for the communication to function, such as the website hosting provider and the email service provider, acting as processors.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as required to handle your request and to fulfil the legal obligations of the business.
